The Expo is organized with support from PromPeru, OCEX NY, the Peruvian General Consulate and Sierra Exportadora and will have three special components in addition to the presence of, and words from, Peru’s newly elected President. Expect to enjoy:

International Food & Beverage Seminar (SFSFW) along with a keynote address from Eduardo Ferreyros, Peru’s Minister of Commerce, this seminar features insights from food industry trendsetters who will discuss Peru’s role as a strategic food provider for the world. Enjoy cooking demonstrations and tastings throughout the seminar.
5:00 PM – 8 PM
